Quality
This is the same principle at work in store-bought DVDs; you seldom see a DVD over 2-hours long, without it being a 2-DVD set. It's strictly a matter of the space required for high-quality.
Good: up to 6 hours of VHS, VHS-C, camcorder, reel or computer files can be included on a DVD.
Excellent: up to 2 hours 10 minutes with excellent quality. This is due to the the increased amount of data required to have higher definition.
For all orders of 10+ DVDs; we use the extended-length DVDs, allowing up to 6 hours of footage on each DVD.
What's included?
We do the base transfer based on the price listed above, along with any additional editing and perks you may like with it.
We include your DVD, along with DVD label, and DVD case. Your original VHS/camcorder tape is shipped back as well with us covering the S&H costs.
For each additional copy of the DVD you'd like, it's just $6.99 more per duplicate.
Note: These make great gifts for birthdays, Christmas, or family/friends away from home. Also, just having extras around adds a little security to your priceless home movies.
Editing
We offer our customers many editing options, many of which are free of costs. Customers of VintageVHS have the option to have CD audio dubbed in, and title menu free of charge.
Many other editing options are available for a small fee, such as graphic or video fills.
